Sara Bridget Au is a journalist specializing in parenting and health issues, in addition to being full-time mom to two young children, one son and one daughter. Together with Dr. Pete, she wrote Stress-Free Potty Training, A Commonsense Guide to Finding the Right Approach for Your Child. Au has also written for such national, regional and local publications as ePregnancy Magazine, FitBody Magazine, Overlook View Magazine, the Girl Scout’s Leader Magazine, Central Florida Mom’s Magazine and the East Orlando Sun newspaper. She’s been a stay-at-home mom, a work-from-home mom and a full-time office-working mom. Au is the President and CEO of her own communications company, SBAU Communications, and is also the community development manager at her local Girl Scout Council. Au holds a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University’s prestigious S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and is a graduate of the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce’s inaugural Leadership In Action class. In her life B.C. (before children), she produced breaking news and top story coverage for CNN, and holds Outstanding Contribution certificates to both an Emmy and a CableAce Award.
